This is a Celine cut-and-sew top. I purchased it second-hand and have worn it once. I am 163cm tall and it fit with a little room to spare. It has good stretch and is easy to wear. There is a black stain on the front, 11cm up from the hem. The red from the body has transferred onto the white trim.
