Samantha Mos2 Scalloped Hem Skirt This cute skirt features two tiers of lace frills. It has a lining, so you can wear it as a skirt on its own, or layer it under dresses as a petticoat. I wore it once as a petticoat. Upon inspection, I found a faint stain of about 1mm on the waist (see image 3). There appear to be no other scratches or stains, but there may be oversights. Please consider purchasing if you understand that this is a used item. Please note that it will be shipped folded compactly.
