I bought these for my mother. She needed them because slippers were dangerous in the house. Although they are 4E, the width didn't seem to fit, and the inside of her right foot became a little red. As a solution, I tried trimming the insole a bit as shown in the 10th photo, but it still seemed to rub, so I'm listing them. Because I trimmed the insole, I've marked them as "defective." I wore them for about two days, so I've listed them as "like new." Although it was two days, it was only for a few hours of wear at home. She wore socks with them. I think the material is soft. Please consider this item with the understanding that it is a used item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about condition.
