Please note that the instruction manual, box, and Tamaverse ticket are not included. I purchased this item in January and have been using it for a few months. I, an adult, have taken it outside with me. There are fine scratches on the faceplate. A protective film was applied to the LCD screen when I received it, so I believe there are no scratches on the main unit's LCD screen. The cover was also given to me. Please be aware that this is a used item and may show some signs of wear. Please purchase with this in mind.
