This is a collar I purchased last year at a dog festival from a stylish shop. I tried to use it after buying it, but the size didn't quite fit, so I only used it a few times. The material is not stretchy. The inner diameter of the collar is approximately 6.5cm, as shown in the photo, but the diameter may vary slightly depending on the shape of the collar, so please consider this as a reference.
