I purchased this new from a domestic authorized retailer about 8 years ago, but I have lost the box and accessories due to moving, so they are not included. The handle straps have some creasing, but they should straighten out if you use a pressing cloth and iron them. There are a few spots where the material has slightly worn off. However, other than that, the item is in good condition, so I have rated the condition as "no noticeable scratches or stains."
