I've added the Sumitomo Life Vitality memo I received this month. I removed the sticker from the nylon bag, as it had a personal name on it. The other two items are memo pads I received from the insurance company, though I'm not sure when. I wiped the outside with a wet tissue. I don't think there's any dirt, but I apologize if I missed anything. Number of sheets: Unknown I will put them in a nylon bag and ship them, as they won't fit in an A4 envelope.
