This is an item that attaches to a ceiling light's hook ceiling fixture and allows you to turn the light on and off with a remote control. It is installed between the light fixture and the ceiling's hook ceiling fixture. I used to use it before, but I no longer need it due to moving. There are some minor scratches and dirt.
