This is a "vie" wristwatch, handcrafted one by one by artisans in a workshop in Shiga. I purchased a set for gifts and for our own spares, but I haven't used them and they've been stored in their boxes. The battery was replaced with a new one in February 2026 for the purpose of this listing. It's currently working perfectly. When I actually held it, I was surprised by the warmth of the handmade craftsmanship and the unexpectedly high quality. I would be happy to pass it on to someone who will cherish it.
