This is a Hyper Yo-Yo. I used to play with it when I was a child. The battery is dead, so it doesn't light up. The string is about 90 centimeters long. The spin isn't very strong, but it does rotate. I've taken a picture with a PET bottle cap for size comparison. It has been stored in a dark place at home. Please purchase only if you understand that it is a used item.
