This is a soft case (unknown manufacturer, brown) that came with a domestically-made contrabass. It has a lining (red), but no cushioning material like urethane. The synthetic leather parts, such as the headstock, show no signs of deterioration, and I believe it's a case with relatively little wear and tear. (The band that secures the neck is missing.) It fits a domestic 4/4 (foreign 3/4) size contrabass, but it's quite tight, so larger instruments may not fit. Please be aware. While it doesn't seem suitable for transporting an instrument, how about using it as a case for home storage to protect against dust, etc.? Thank you.
