This is a Nagiso Neko, a traditional cold-weather garment from Nagiso Town, Nagano Prefecture. It was a gift, but I don't have a chance to use it, so I'd like to pass it on to someone who will. It's only been tried on and is in good condition. Shipping is included, and I will ship anonymously. :)
