I purchased it new and used it for one day. ● Garland The HAPPY BIRTHDAY garland has some scratches when viewed up close or when reflecting light, and the "Y" has a crease near the upper right hole. *See image* (I purchased it new on Amazon, but it arrived in this condition.) ● Balloons All the balloons are unused, but I took them out of the bag once to take photos. I can't tell if there are any holes until they are inflated, but the 4 balloons I used were all fine. ● Cake Topper The cake topper is unopened.
