Thank you for viewing. This is a navy blue top made of cotton. It appears slightly brighter and bluer in the photos, but it is actually navy blue. It fastens with buttons in the back and has gathered sleeves. I have worn it about twice, but I'm selling it because I don't think it suits my body type. I can add more photos and consider price negotiations.
