I previously purchased this in a beautiful condition, but it didn't fit me, so I only tried it on. The item itself has no stains or tears and I think it's in good condition, but it has a fragrance of fabric softener since I bought it. (We don't use any at our home) I washed it with sodium sesquicarbonate before listing it, but the smell hasn't come out, so I've categorized it as "with stains". If you use fabric softener at home, or if you don't mind the smell of fabric softener, please consider purchasing it.
