Adjustable with a snapback, and there are no cracks. The front has a beautiful embroidery of Jordan, Pippen, and Rodman. This is a very valuable cap now. I don't think you can get it anymore. I purchased it 29 years ago and have stored it at home. Therefore, there may be minor scratches and stains due to aging. Also, although it is currently new and unused and in its original manufactured condition, there may be issues when actually worn.
