I made a shoehorn from a used skateboard. (The original board is from Deathwish, a popular brand with a core fanbase.) The colorful layers of the skateboard add a vibrant touch to your entryway. Length: 55 cm (measured without the string) Width: 4 cm at the widest point. The scratches from skating have been intentionally left as they are, but the entire surface has been smoothed with 600-grit sandpaper. Lacquer finish. Skateboards are made of Canadian maple, which is a very strong material. It is said that it takes 30 to 80 years for the trees to grow before they are harvested. I created this with the intention of giving these valuable materials a second life, rather than discarding them. This is a handmade item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection.
