Made in Japan, from Kurashiki. This is not a costume-like item made with fabric and sewing from a school uniform manufacturer. It's a genuine, brand-new school skirt. Length: 30cm. The color is a standard navy blue, and sizes are available in 5cm increments, from waist W60cm, W65cm, W70cm, up to W100cm. It has an 8cm adjuster (size adjustment). For example, a W70cm skirt can accommodate waists from W66cm to W74cm. Made of 100% polyester with 24 pleats, a car pleat design.
