It's very cute, and I used it a lot from around 18 months old. It's made of a very stretchy material, but I forced it on a bit when she was about 3 and a half years old, so I feel like the waist area has stretched compared to when I first bought it (see photo 2). Also, there are places where threads are coming out (see photo 4). It seems like it would be okay to cut them, but I will leave them as they are for now.
