This is a reversible pleated tulle skirt purchased from United Arrows. The pleats are a shiny silver-gray color, and the tulle is a slightly grayer color than the pleats. The back of the waist is elastic. I have worn it about twice. There are no noticeable stains or scratches. Because it is reversible, there are no brand tags or quality indication tags, but I purchased it from United Arrows. Thank you very much.
