It's not overly ornate, so I think men can use it too. The waist cords are meant to be tied in the front. They are approximately 60 cm x 2. The neck cord is straight and about 30 cm long; I tied it quite a bit to use it. I ironed it lightly, but it will be put in a bag of the specified size, so I would appreciate your understanding regarding any creases.
