I think it's an earphone with a soft, warm-toned sound, and it's especially good at depicting the mid-range. Thanks to the piezo, the high frequencies are clear without being too assertive, and it has the powerful low frequencies typical of radius, making it high-level overall. The reason for the junk condition is that the volume on the left side is low. I thought it might be a poor fit, but it was noticeable when I reversed the left and right sides. It can be adjusted with an equalizer, but there is a volume difference. Also, the earphones have faded printing and peeling plating, so they are not in good condition, to say the least.
