This item has been stored at home for a long time. I may have used it a few times in the past, but it's in relatively good condition. I feel that the Velcro closure is slightly less adhesive. Also, the inside of the umbrella part is a bit old, and there is some slight rust. It doesn't bother me much when using it. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to these issues.
