This is the final installment, "Kawaguchi," from Platinum Pen's 2016 Fuji Five Lakes series. It was a limited edition of 2500 pens, purchased at a local stationery store, and the warranty card is signed. The distinctive deep blue color and the ripple-like engraving on the barrel create an indescribable beauty when illuminated. The nib width is fine, which is synonymous with Platinum pens, and I think it's perfect for the fine and delicate nature of the Japanese language. It was used once with ink applied directly to the nib, and has been stored in a dark place as part of a collection since then. I am selling it now to organize my storage.
