This is a Jessie Steele kids' apron that became popular through overseas dramas. It was used a few times for children aged around 4 to 7 years old. There are some frays at the pocket and the base of the shoulder straps. If you are concerned, you could add an applique or something similar, which would be cute. It looks reasonably clean overall.
