There is a feeling of use. It's a very thin top, and while it's not terrible, there are small pills on the fabric. I've included a photo, but there is a small, faint stain that is not very noticeable. Measured flat, it's approximately 53cm from shoulder to hem, and about 43cm across the chest (underarm to underarm).
