I didn't know how to use it until I looked it up, and it seems one of the karakui (tuning pegs) has a hole. Sanshin with a snakeskin pattern body, comes with a case. The body looks clean, but there is also some damage to the body. The inside of the case is clean, but there are scratches on the corners. This is considered junk.
