This is a Pentel Kerry modified into a lead holder. It uses a discontinued four-pronged holder and can hold leads from 2mm to 3.15mm. 4C refills can be held, but Style Fit refills cannot. As shown in the photo, the knock cap on the cap side is dented. It doesn't affect the operation, but please replace it if you are concerned. Blue and graphite leads are included.
