This figure accurately recreates "Kaiju Booska," the friend of children that captivated many boys and girls when it aired in 1966 (Showa 41). Although the broadcast was in black and white at the time, the coloring and the texture of the fur have been reproduced with detailed sculpting and painting based on existing materials. The large, round eyes can be moved freely with the included tool, and the charming ears that bounce like in the show are movable with ball joints, allowing for more expressive poses than on TV. Furthermore, the incorporation of 12 Revolver joints and ball joints allows for a variety of poses. Optional parts include Booska's favorite ramen and chopsticks, as well as optional hands to hold them. In addition, there are two types each of tail and head parts. The tails include a "normal" tail and a tail "bitten by a turtle he hates." The heads recreate the shapes of the two types of stuffed animals (suits) that existed at the time of filming, with a "round" head and an "onigiri-shaped" head, surprising even the most dedicated fans.
