They are famous for their perfected design, which has been replicated by designers of renowned brands around the world. Several factories produced German Trainers for the German military, but "REPRODUCTION OF FOUND" carefully crafts them one by one in a Slovakian factory that produced them from the 1950s to the 1970s. While various brands now produce German Trainers, we believed that only "REPRODUCTION OF FOUND" could create authentic German Trainers that capture the atmosphere of the time, so we commissioned this collaboration model. The base model is an irregular vintage German Trainer. The suede part, which is the most distinctive feature of the German Trainer, uses slightly yellowish Italian suede. The upper uses Italian full-grain leather with moderate firmness, and the lining and insole use light beige pig leather that matches the color of the suede. The sole uses the BWSPORT gum sole that was used on the original German Trainers. The sole uses a better rubber material than those usually used, and it is also characterized by a slightly brighter color. While the overall color and atmosphere are close to vintage, the materials are of higher quality, so the comfort has been significantly updated. These sneakers are truly versatile, pairing well with casual styles like denim and cargo pants, as well as with elegant pants like slacks.
