I received this item, which was purchased overseas and stored at home for a long time. MADE IN PERU. It came in the box shown in the photos, but I don't know if it was originally purchased in this box or if it was placed in it later. The cotton padding inside is a little dirty. I believe it is the same product as the one in the last photo I searched for. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
