Mino ware, Kozan kiln, gold-painted red and white plum, Hagoita (battledore) shaped chopstick rests, in a paulownia wood box. These chopstick rests, shaped like layered hagoita and decorated with lustrous red and white plum blossoms, are perfect for everyday use or for entertaining guests, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to your dining table. I found this at my parents' house, and I don't think it was ever used, although I'm not entirely sure. The condition is beautiful, as shown in the photos. There are no scratches on the gold paint, and I believe it's in excellent condition. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to imperfections or are looking for a brand-new item. Size is shown in the photos. There are also plates with the same design, so I think a coordinated set would be lovely. Please take a look.
