This is a new, unused coffee pot. I also use the same one, and the spout is quite narrow, allowing for a thin stream of water, which helps to make delicious coffee. I think that pouring slowly, rather than quickly, allows you to make better coffee. To keep the product price down, I'm considering shipping via non-standard mail.
