I purchased this from Rakuten this summer and used it once. I am selling it because I haven't used it since. The arm covers are long, covering up to the upper arm. They have a hole for the thumb, so your fingertips are free. They also have non-slip grips. The neck cover also has insect repellent properties. I am selling these as a set.
