I bought this to use at work, but I'm not using it because the lumbar support cushion takes up half the seat. I attached it to the chair upside down for about 7 months, so the securing rubber bands are distorted, but they still function. It's sold on Rakuten for around 3900 yen as a set with a cushion. I haven't used it, but it's a used item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
