This is a small, portable mist sprayer (made by Tsuhan Seikatsu). It's safe to use directly on your face, nose, and throat. The box is torn from opening, but I only tried it once or twice and didn't like it, so I've been storing it. Instruction manual included. Set of 2 (both boxes included).
