This is a casual shirt with a garter-style hem. It's cute to wear it with the strings hanging down, but you can also fold up the hem and thread the strings through the D-rings on the shoulders to create a layered look, like you're wearing a camisole. I've cut off the tag, but I've never worn it since I bought it. Instant purchase is OK.
