This is a mini shoulder bag from Panpantutu. It can be worn diagonally as a pochette, or used as a handheld tote bag. I used it occasionally when going out. There is some wear and tear. Inside, there are two pockets. It's made of a soft material, and the ribbons and many ribbons are very cute. The belt is removable. See image 5. It's about the size to fit a 500ml plastic bottle.
