These long pants with two-tiered ruffles are very cute. They seem to have good stretch and look easy to move in. The color appears to be light gray. It's a versatile color that's easy to match. They were sold in a bag, so there's no tag, but I believe they are unworn. (I don't think they've been washed either.)
