Please also see my profile. 2006 Upper Deck Ovation WBC Johan Santana This is a card of Johan Santana, one of the leading left-handed pitchers in Major League Baseball from the late 2000s to the early 2010s, who played as the ace for the Venezuelan national team in the 2006 inaugural tournament. This is a WBC insert card included in the 2006 Upper Deck Ovation set, and the design featuring the national flag was popular. For some reason, the "WBC" brand wasn't issued at the time, and it was included as an insert card in MLB cards, so the appearance rate was low, and it was difficult to pull it intentionally. Although it's a 20-year-old card, I have stored it carefully in a dark place with a desiccant without displaying it or carrying it around in an album, so there is no deterioration such as yellowing, sun damage, or fading, and it is in very good condition. There are no noticeable scratches, and it is generally in good condition, but please forgive any minor initial scratches. It is stored in a top loader and then in a zip-lock bag. I will wrap it in bubble wrap for shipping. WBC-related cards are not issued very often, and they are not often carded retroactively in later years.
