It was stored in a case with other clothes, so there are some creases, but the fabric is sturdy and I think it's in good condition. The zippers and Velcro are designed to prevent water from entering when worn, including in the pockets. I am not sure about the deterioration of the GORE-TEX's breathability and other functions, so please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
