I'm not sure of the brand or when it was made. I've included a picture of the tag, so please take a look. I believe it was quite expensive when I bought it. The fabric is thick and warm. It's not a fully enclosed garment, so it lets in a little wind. It's made of 100% polyester, etc., and I looked it up and it seems to be a decent quality item. The size is listed as 38, which is equivalent to a Japanese size S-M. There are almost no stains or scratches, but there is a little pilling. Price is negotiable.
