This is a remade item from a disassembled Komon kimono. I believe the material is synthetic fiber. It has a classic, refined pattern, resulting in an elegant finish(^^) The texture is smooth and silky. The lining is new cotton fabric♪ It's white. The finished product is thinner than commercially available items. There are two of these futons. This is handmade by my mother, who used to work as a dressmaker.
