This is a Disney Storybook Doll, an Alice in Wonderland doll. I heard it was sold around the time Tokyo Disneyland opened. Other dolls in the series included Cinderella, Snow White, and Aurora. This doll comes with a stand. While I don't know the exact original condition, I believe the outfit is mostly complete, including the hairband, drawers, socks, and shoes. There is some discoloration on the face. The dress also has some small stains in places (see images). This is a rare doll, and it's very unusual to find one so complete.
