I wanted them to wear it for a long time, so I chose size M. It fit perfectly even for a child of average build under one year old, and the full, voluminous hakama style was very cute. For the second year's Girls' Day Festival, it was a perfect fit, with the hemline just reaching the knees. Made of 100% wrinkle-resistant cotton, this Liberty fabric uses various floral patterns, but the arrangement, like a tortoise shell pattern, gives it a Japanese feel, making it perfect for Japanese events. It would also be cute to dress older siblings in it for Shichi-Go-San (Seven-Five-Three Festival). The top and bottom are separate, so moms can easily put it on over clothes. It can be put on in about a minute. There are snap buttons under the arms and at the waist, which can be used to connect the top and bottom, making it less likely to come undone.
