These are US Navy pants, the counterpart to the highly popular N-1 deck jacket, a vintage military classic. The outer material is made of highly durable cotton, and the lining is wool, which is less itchy. While many sizes tend to be large, this is a good size S. Regarding the condition of the product: This is a vintage item, so there is some wear and tear, including scratches, tears, and stains.
