This is a smooth, plain-weave tsumugi ensemble. I believe my grandmother had it made for herself, but it seems she never wore it and put it away. It still has the basting stitches, and there are no noticeable stains or damage on either the front or back, but it has a musty smell, possibly from mold, due to long-term storage. The lining (hakke) is a darker burgundy color than in photo 4, but I think it's a more bluish color. The pattern in photo 11 is the closest to the actual item. Please take care of the wrinkles before using. No haori string.
