The black fabric is adorned with gorgeous embroidery and a vibrant depiction of two women in African ethnic attire. The lower back side has two tiers of ruffles, making it very cute. It has a relaxed fit, making it very comfortable to wear. The hem is A-line, creating a beautiful silhouette. ⚠️ Although I purchased it new and unused, there is a slightly shiny area on the lower center back. See photo 17.
