No issues. It's in good condition with little use. The lever and four buttons have been replaced with Qanba parts. There are still four unused Qanba buttons, so all eight buttons can be Qanba (image 7). The original lever and buttons are also included (images 7 and 8). Please check the images. I don't have a large box that it will fit in, so I plan to ship it wrapped in newspaper and bubble wrap in the original box as shown in image 9. Thank you for your understanding.
