I purchased this item new and used it. It comes with the original box and instruction manual. All parts are included. Everything in the photos is what you will receive. Batteries were in it until recently, and I have confirmed that it works. I will remove the batteries before shipping. There are some minor scratches from use, but I don't think there is any major dirt or damage. I have hand-washed the Pooh and other toys before listing. I have wiped the other parts with alcohol. Please understand that this item has been stored at home and used by a child. Thank you for your purchase. I plan to wrap the outer box in cushioning material before shipping.
